Fitness Assessment

An important part of any training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. The fitness assessment measures:

o    Body fat
o    BMI (Body Mass Index)
o    Measurements 
o    Physical endurance
o    Muscle strength 

So Get Cracking ........ GO GET YOURSELF ASSESSED!!!!
